We collect your email address and password hash at signup. We store the story maps, products, and stories you create. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
All data is stored on servers located in the European Union. Runer is fully GDPR-compliant and you retain ownership of all content you create.
Payments are handled by Creem, who acts as the merchant of record and handles all EU VAT. Runer never stores your card details.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at contact@runer.app.
